- HOW DO I OBTAIN MY PUNCH CARD?
You must bring your printed receipt to The Arcade Project to pick up your serialized punch card!
- HOW LONG ARE PUNCH CARDS VALID FOR?
Punch Cards are good until December 31 2026!
- WHERE ARE PUNCH CARDS VALID?
Punch Cards are ONLY valid at the Newark Location
- WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY PUNCH CARD OR IT GETS STOLEN?
Treat your punch card like cash. Unfortunately if you lose your punch card, we can not replace it. We recommend putting your name and phone number on the back incase it is found somewhere in the arcade.
- CAN I USE THIS PUNCH CARD SAME DAY I PICK IT UP?
Yes you can. Buy the punch card first, then let staff know you would like to use it for your admission that day.
- CAN I BUY ONE AT THE ARCADE?
Yes you can, if there are any left by the time you get here!
- CAN I BUY MORE THAN ONE?
Yes, if you can get to them in time!
- DO I NEED ONE FOR MY 4 YEAR OLD (OR YOUNGER)
No, 4 and younger get free admission. If your 4 year old turns 5 while you have your punch card, you can use it for them too!
- IS THIS GOOD FOR TOKEN GAMES AND FOOD?
No! This is good for ADMISSION only.
- I AM BUYING THIS FOR MY KID, I'M JUST WATCHING. I DON'T NEED ONE, RIGHT?
Your card will be punched for every person entering the facility (or you will have to pay admission). We do not allow anyone in for free if they are over the age of 4. No free spectators.
- I CHANGED MY MIND, AM MOVING, OR OTHERWISE DON'T WANT THIS ANYMORE. REFUND?
All sales are final.
