One of Our Games Misbehaving?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience! These older games can get a bit cranky despite us trying to whip them into shape!

All games have a QR code sticker for customers to report any issues they may notice. This will notify our technicians so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
In Progress: Our games list page will have a link for every game with maintenance reports and known issues for each game so you can always see how games are acting. We will update that as often as possible as problems are reported so you can track the problem you reported!
Remember - some problems may take longer than others to repair, we assure you, we are working on it!

We ask that you drain all balls or complete your game on pinball before walking away :)
If you walk up to a Stern pinball machine that has multiple players or is in a game, hold down LEFT FLIPPER BUTTON at the same time as the START BUTTON.
The game will clear and you can start a fresh game.
​
On AMERICAN pinball machines (hotwheels, gtf, valhalla), hold the START button for the same thing.
