How Does This Place Work? All guests are charged a $15 entry fee. This entry fee allows you unlimited play time of our free play games, which we currently have over 100 of. No need for quarters or tokens for these games, you can start them with the push of a button!
How Do I Win Prizes? The arcade has a separate section of over 35 ticket or prize games. These are NOT included in your admission and do require tokens to play. Tokens are available for 4/$1 cash. We can accept a card for tokens but there is an additional fee. These games are ONLY located down the last aisle of the arcade when you walk in to the left.
What Does The Wristband Provide? The wristband gives you access to the arcade ALL DAY on the day you pay. You can come and go as you please so long as you have the wristband on. Unfortunately, once it has been cut off, we are unable to allow you access to the arcade without paying admission, so if you plan on returning, please keep your wristband on.
I'm Not Playing, Do I Still Have To Pay? Yes, much like a movie theater, even if you are there just to supervise your children, you do need an admission pass to the arcade. We hope that through the vast collection of games we have, you're able to find something that is fun or interesting for you to play, afterall we pride ourselves as being the arcade for everyone!
The Game Took My Token If any game takes one of your tokens or otherwise doesn't function properly, please alert the staff so we can take care of it!
I'd Like To Have A Party At The Arcade! Great!! We offer parties at the arcade while we are open and provide a private seating area and also have the option for private events! Check our homepage for party information and reach out with any questions
Are You Open Today? Please refer to our calendar posted on facebook, our website home page or google for open hours.
Can I Bring Outside Food and Drink? No, we do not allow any outside food or drink inside the arcade.
Can I Bring a Cake or Cupcakes Without a Booked Party? No. You may only bring in a dessert if you have a booked event/party.
Can I Drop My Kids Off At this point we do not have an age limit policy or a policy on parental supervision. Use your judgment on whether you feel your child is old enough to be left alone at the arcade. Note, our staff is there to operate the arcade and are unable to supervise your children. If they are not being well behaved, not following the rules of the arcade or are being rude/destructive, they will be told to leave the arcade premises immediately.
Can I Order Food To Go Without Paying Admission? Yes, if you would like food to go, let the person at the front desk know.
